A plasma cleaning system from aixACCT mechatronics lets you further improve the quality of your products in an efficient and environmentally friendly process. When it comes to surface treatment processes for bulk goods like painting and coating, the products’ surface tension following ultrafine cleaning can have a major influence on the end result. The level of surface tension achieved is therefore the rigmark for the quality of the ultrafine cleaning.
When subjected to a wetting test, bulk goods that have been processed in an aixACCT mechatronics plasma cleaning system achieve a surface tension of up to 60 mN/m, which corresponds to complete wetting. Our plasma cleaning systems therefore create the best conditions for the perfect end product.
